Wash textiles cold and dry them out of direct sun. Wipe wood, bamboo and woven pieces with a damp cloth rather than soaking them. Keep dyed fabrics out of long spells of direct sunlight to stop the colour fading.

An order can arrive in more than one parcel. If something turns up damaged, or is not what you ordered, send us a photograph and we will put it right.
